The Most Expensive UK Property Sales 2000 – 2021

UK Property

Generally, when we look at the price of real estate sales in the United Kingdom, we generalise them in two categories, namely ‘Off-Plan’ and ‘On-Plan.’ Off-plan sales are those which have not been completed yet but have been announced. They are always a bit more expensive as they are not complete and fully planned out. On-plan sales are those which have been completed to a certain extent and sold. Generally, these prices do not vary much at all due to the fact that they have already been sold.
